Flipr Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Flipr”, “we”, “us”) is a product engineering company registered in Bengaluru, India. Our registered address is 97, 17th B Main Rd, Koramangala, Bengaluru 560095. We operate the website flipr.ai.
2. Data we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, work email address, company name (optional), and the project description you provide. We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any data beyond what you voluntarily provide.
We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider. These are used solely for security and performance monitoring.
3. How we use your data
We use the information you submit exclusively to: respond to your inquiry, assess project fit, and prepare a technical proposal if appropriate. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without explicit consent. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts (loaded from Google’s servers) and Formspree for contact form submission. Both services have their own privacy policies. We use no advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social media cookies.
5. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months. If an engagement proceeds, relevant data is retained for the duration of the contract and 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@flipr.ai with the subject line “Data Request.” We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies. Google Fonts may set a cookie for font caching purposes. No cookie consent banner is required beyond this disclosure.
